Brent Brown, Co-Founder of Latitude 360

Brent Brown is the co-founder, CEO, and chairman of the board of Latitude 360. Latitude 360 is a whole new concept in entertainment, a venue that includes dining, bowling, a game room, a sports theatre, a bar, a cigar lounge, and a movie theatre all under one roof!

It is an idea that has been in the works since 2007. Now, the company has over 500 employees and three locations, with the fourth to open in 2015 and additional new locations forthcoming.

Mr. Brown has years of management, leadership,and start-up finance, project development, and complex real estate development experience. Before the creation of Latitude 360, he worked in real estate acquisition, re-zoning, rental management, and investment banking, spanning a period of 15 years. For over 10 years he was in the wealth management division at several brokerage firms, where hecompleted, assisted with, and developed numerous real estate development projects, managed million dollar portfolios, and raised in excess of 250 million dollars in public and private venture capital for start-up companies. He has developed and constructed projects in excess of $90 million.

The Jacksonville Business Journal ranked Mr. Brown in the Top 40 Businessman under 40 in Jacksonville in 2008 and in 2012 he was awarded The Ultimate CEO for Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal.

Mr. Brown lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and three children. When he is not spending time with his family or on company business, he is quite active in the Jacksonville community. He has served on the South East Vision Committee for the City of Jacksonville and he has also sat on the Board of Trustees for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. He also is a cofounder of H.A.T.U.A. International, a non-profit organization that works to solve the problem of world hunger.
