Brent Brown of Latitude 360

It is no wonder that Brent Brown was named one of 2008's Top 40 Businessman under 40 in Jacksonville by the Jacksonville Business Journal, and that in 2012 he was awarded The Ultimate CEO for Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal.

Before beginning his career in business, Mr. Brown graduated from the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He then spent 15 years working in real estate acquisition, re-zoning, rental management, and investment banking. And for over 10 years he was in the wealth management division at several brokerage firms, where he completed, assisted with, and developed numerous real estate development projects, managed million dollar portfolios, and raised in excess of 250 million dollars in public and private venture capital for start-up companies. In his career, he has developed and constructed projects in excess of 90 million dollars.

Now, Mr. Brown is putting his years of management, leadership, start-up finance, project development, and complex real estate development experience to work on a new project – Latitude 360. This venue offers something for everyone. Guests can enjoy dining, bowling, a game room, a sports theatre, a bar, a dance club, a cigar lounge, a movie theatre, and more, all in one place.

Mr. Brown and his Latitude 360 co-founders have been developing the concept since 2007. The company now has over 500 employees and three locations, with the fourth to open in 2015. New locations are also in the works.

Mr. Brown lives in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and three children, where he is very active in the community. He has sat on the Board of Trustees for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, served on the South East Vision Committee for the City of Jacksonville, and is a cofounder of H.A.T.U.A. International, a non-profit organization that is devoted to solving the problem of world hunger.
